Fun Friday!!!

We started our day with the Summer Festival. It was fun to join in the traditional dances and music, then to play games and eat a delicious snack together!! We reviewed all our family and community helpers vocabulary as well as the letter sounds and sounded out words. We especially enjoyed looking at pictures from yesterday's walk in the neighborhood, remembering our adventure and then making a map of the neighborhood near our school. It's been an "active" learning week putting our English in action!!!
